Please Note: ONLY registered and scheduled clinic participants may use pre-rigged festival ropes. Festival Booking Policies prohibit festival-goers (not registered in a currently scheduled clinic) using pre-rigged clinic ropes and/or gathering at the base where clinics run. Please refer to Booking Policies.

Waiver Requirement

Each participant is required to read and agree to the Lillooet Ice Festival Waiver as a condition of participating in the Lillooet Ice Festival and all associated activities and clinics. Please read the Waiver carefully – it is a legal document and by signing it you waive the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident. If you are purchasing for others, you are responsible for informing them of this Waiver requirement.

In addition, you will be required to show valid government issued photo ID at the registration table and at check in for your clinic(s) (this is so we can match you to your registration and completed Waiver).

  • Friday, Feb 13th: 5pm-10pm 
    Saturday Feb 14th: 7am-8am, 5pm-7pm
    Sunday, Feb 15th: 7am-8am, 5pm-7pm
    Monday, Feb 16th: 7am-8am

  • Location: Lillooet Rec Centre (930 Main Street, Lillooet BC)

  • Present valid government issued photo ID verification for ticket and clinic participation.

Lillooet Ice Festival Waiver

Please note: Lillooet Ice Festival is a non-profit event where surplus revenue, over and above operational costs, are donated to local Search and Rescue.
